Where does the crunch come from? Our fruits from controlled cultivation remain on the bush until they reach full ripeness. This means we only get adult and ripe berries in our bags. When freshly harvested, they are freeze-dried directly so that the valuable vitamins, minerals and the taste experience of the strawberries are retained - over several months. Fresh fruits, on the other hand, are, as you know, only edible for a few days.

We probably don't need to introduce the apple. It's been with us for centuries, sweet, crunchy, and packed with vitamins and nutrients. But then there's cinnamon. Its scent alone evokes distant ports and sailing ships loading their precious cargo. Cinnamon used to be more valuable than gold. For a long time, merchants kept its country of origin secret, as the rare cinnamon trees only grew in Sri Lanka.

In our pack you will find exactly these small pineapple berries, portioned into bite-sized portions and given the mega crunch by freeze-drying. Our naná, as the South Americans call it, stays on the plant for as long as possible before harvesting and soaks up lots of the sun's rays. This makes them particularly tasty and rich in vitamins.
